Position Overview: seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Development to lead client efforts in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with the growth and expansion goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate industry, a robust network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to drive revenue through effective partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's business development strategy in alignment with the overall corporate objectives.

- Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the real estate sector, locally.

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, investors, brokers, and other industry players.

- Ability to launch a minimum of 1 profitable project every quarter and build an active pipeline of projects under consideration in a fiercely competitive market.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging markets, and competitive intelligence.

- Evaluate and analyze the feasibility of potential projects, considering financial, operational, and market factors.

- Lead negotiations for joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic collaborations.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects, ensuring a healthy mix of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project transitions from business development to execution.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners and investors.

- Monitor and report on industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the business development team.


- 10 years plus of progressive experience in business development within the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.

- Strong network of industry contacts, including landowners, brokers, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.

- In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and investment strategies.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.

- Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess project feasibility and financial viability.

- Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis related to real estate projects.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment
