2. To devise exit strategies for projects with a view to maximizing valuation
3. To identify ideal contracting and partnership strategies at bid stage for projects under due diligence to increase competitiveness
4. Propose bid specific strategies to ensure competitiveness through mix of value additions, competitor intelligence, and bid prediction
5. Develop techniques for robust base year Revenue estimation and reliable growth projections
6. Observe competitor activity on a continuous basis and draw trends
7. Observe macroeconomic trends on a continuous basis and relate to roads business
8. Risk assessment and mitigation measures for projects in portfolio
9. Business Plans for new initiatives like Advisory Services and International Opportunities
10. Organizational development for effective screening of M&A proposals and portfolio churning
Financial:
1. Meet targets set for Order Acquisition from time to time
2. Reduce promoter support for operation projects
3. Optimize expenses for pre tender due diligence through effective screening
4. Ensure competitive consultancy assignments
At least 10 years- experience in PPP environment, with specific experience in BOT projects in roads.
