Head - Business Partnerships - IT

We are looking to hire a senior person in Chennai. We will prefer a person who understands new emerging technologies and good at relationship management. Please apply only if you a a fitment. An ideal candidate will be a BTech & MBA.

Exp: 15 - 20 Years

- He/she should be good in Membership Acquisition, Engagement and Stakeholder Management

- Relationship building with member companies/senior industry leaders.

- Driving multilevel membership engagement through various forums & initiatives.

- Build industry wide agenda through council & special interest groups.

- Drive initiatives through implementation.

- Identifying potential members companies.

- Stakeholder management for eg local & state Government, other likeminded entities.

Developing newer IT Destinations :

- Setting up newer chapters

- Navigating industry agenda/initiatives agreed upon by the council

- Appointment of new members.

Member communication:

- Handling membership queries of various kinds.

- Informing members about initiatives/upcoming events.

- Day to day queries/ Annual payment follow-up etc

Must Have :

- Post-Graduation with 15 years of relevant experience preferably with exposure to associations.

- Content development & writing skills

- Front ending & relationship management

- Selling skills

- Self-starter and team player

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

- Basic understanding of technology tools.

- Good language, communication and writing skills
