Description

- To manage and onboard new lenders to the platform.

- To manage and add new channels to aggregate growth.

- To manage a team of highly skilled professionals across all regions

- To recruit and train new team members.

- To set up the business in new regions from scratch

Profile

- 6-10 years of sales experience in wealth management/AMCs/P2P Lending

- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced start up environment.

- Prior experience in setting up new businesses is preferred.

- Very good communication skills
