Job Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

Work Experience: 15+ years of Business Development Experience with exposure to International Markets

Job Objective: A leadership role responsible for driving the Order Book, Revenue and Profitability of Messaging and Broadband Solutions unit of the company

Job Responsibilities :

- Serve as a member of the leadership team and provide expert counsel and guidance on Business Growth matters throughout the unit

- Maintaining a healthy funnel

- Maintaining relationships with clientele especially the CXOs for driving business value

- Defining strategy, go to market strategy, defining strategy for each region

- Coaching & Mentoring the Business Development team of the unit

- Cross-collaborate closely with the Global Sales Team, Product Unit's Product Management, Project Engineering Team and other stakeholders like Finance, Legal, SCM etc. agenda of the unit's Revenue & Profitability

- Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation; maintain strong knowledge of current and emerging Industry Trends in Payments Space

- Partner with business leadership to help define and implement an integrated product value proposition agenda

- Incorporate and develop new strategies to drive innovation across business across the globe

Desired Profile :

- Proven experience of demonstrating success in driving and achieving number targets both in terms of Revenue & Profitability

- Exposure of managing International customer, especially at CXO level engagement is must

- Background related to Telecom Domain along with Messaging and broadband business with an experience to CPasS

- Demonstrating the ability to disrupt the industry and help the organization enhance its competitive advantage

- Proven leadership skills in team management, external/internal communication, commercial and negotiation skills
