Business Development Head Luxury Interior Design Firm


To drive revenue growth and market presence by building, nurturing, and converting strategic relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), luxury property developers, and influencers in the design ecosystem. The role demands charm, credibility, and a deep understanding of the refined expectations of luxury clientele.


Key Responsibilities:


- Luxury Client Acquisition - Generate business from affluent individuals, NRIs, luxury homeowners, and top architects through refined networking and customized engagement.


- Relationship Management - Sustain long-term relationships by providing personalized service, consistent communication, and anticipatory client care.


- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement - Create and implement quarterly BD strategies to meet revenue goals, aligned with firm capabilities and positioning.


- Brand Advocacy - Be the brand ambassador in every interactionat social gatherings, curated events, and B2B forums.


- Partnership Development - Develop alliances with influencers, developers, and brokers in the luxury segment to create demand pipelines.


- Sales Enablement - Equip the team with persuasive presentations, value narratives, casebooks, and pitch collaterals.


- Client Experience Leadership - Collaborate with design teams to ensure clients feel heard, valued, and delightedespecially during high-stakes project discussions.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Geographic Familiarity - Understanding of metros and emerging luxury zones (e.g., South Mumbai, South Delhi, Dubai, London NRI segment).
