Job Location: Gurgaon

Work Experience: 8-10 years

Job Objective: The Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Business Development organization to cover customers across all regions. The position will exclusively drive the rewards platform (Loyalty and Rewards). This role is also responsible for supporting company efforts to build an elite ecosystem of highly strategic partners to the company's long-term goals and drive the rewards business. The profile will recruit, enable, and support a network of partners to drive partner sourced, influenced, and fulfilled revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve a Topline Year on Year growth target while aligning with gross margin and other business acquisition guidelines related to the Rewards Platform.

- Will carry targets linked compensation: order booking, revenue targets, new leads, new partners, alliance

- Drive consistent and predictable channel bookings through joint business planning and ongoing channel enablement

- Work closely with our direct sales teams to identify, qualify, and onboard the right OEM and SI- Service integrators, as well as manage ongoing forecast metrics for these partners

- Negotiate and close channel and partnership contracts

- Drive consistent and predictable OEM and SI channel bookings through joint business planning and ongoing enablement of these partners

Desired Profile:

- Experience in Telecom/ other verticals related to Rewards and loyalty domain

- Experience recruiting, enabling, and leading a network of SI and channel partners with direct personal involvement

- Demonstrated success growing the impact of channel results through increased lead growth or bookings growth

- Understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and success and support models

- Willingness to travel
