Head - Business Development - IT - Europe/North America Region (7-10 yrs)
We are looking for a managerial level Sales champion to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and implementing region specific sales strategy along with building and managing a team of sales development representatives and account managers, focusing on the North American region.
- The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
- The incumbent should incorporate a strategic vision and foresight from a holistic business perspective and look at stretching beyond the lens of a managerial eye, thereby nurturing into a Business head, as their role progresses over time.
