The Head Business Development- International (US MARKET) leads and oversees the development and growth of profitable new international business ( NORTH AMERICA) , voice/Non voice while cultivating key relationships to support sustainable growth business development strategy.
- Identifying potential areas of growth for New Business Development in US MARKET
- Should have exposed to bring in business from different Regions in US MARKET.
- Should have brought in processes such as Voice, Non-Voice
- Identifying areas of improvements to be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through phone prospecting, marketing and industry relationships.
- Pro-actively conducting research on potential client and industry marketing opportunities. Contract negotiation.
- Overseeing CLM sales cycle tracking tools.
- Managing directory, CXO's listings and sponsorship opportunities
- Increase pipeline generation
- Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and cooperation
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
