Head - Business Development - Hotel (8-15 yrs)
Our client is an international hospitality company with a clear focus on operating in global leisure market in hand-picked destinations for today's modern and avid travellers. Our client's primary activities are leasing, operating and franchising full-service upscale, upper upscale, and lifestyle hotels in major leisure destinations, predominantly in Asia Pacific Region.
Job Responsibilities
- Conceptualise marketing strategies for promotion of hotel/resort and Services to create brand visibility and increase awareness about the hotel/resort assets.
- Conduct lead generation activities for business development. Identify potential customers and enhance business volume with existing patrons.
- Lead the Business Expansion effort for the firm, play key role in building products, and contracting for holiday/ Tour companies.
- Manage end-to-end operations of vertical (Outbound - FIT, GIT & MICE) for maximising revenue and profitability.
- Product development like finalising itineraries, costing etc. Managing inventory with suppliers for various products.
- Payment control with clients & suppliers. Record maintenance for day to day transactions and for various MIS (internal & external).
- Ensure smooth delivery of services to create repeat customer and word of mouth publicity
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in the travel industry with exposure to contracting, package building, group tours, MICE, Holiday business.
- 8-15 Years of experience in similar field.
- Candidates from Tier 1 management Institutes only
