Head - Business Development - Grocery Retail - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (2-5 yrs)
- You must be an engineer from top ranked institutes or exceptional analytical skill individual.
- Must have worked for a start-up and must be away from the comfort zone.
- Natural risk taker with ability and perseverance to build and to be part of something extra-ordinary.
- You would be in-charge of Sales, Marketing (digital & traditional), Visual Merchandising, and PR. You would be groomed on these skill sets.
- You should be able to seamlessly switch between being a performer (DIY), a manager (delegating work) and a strategist ( creating operating picture).
- You would spearhead our sales growth with respect to above mentioned functions by creating team, structures and infectious culture.

Waterfield Retail Pvt Ltd, we are Pune based early stage retail company. We have been in operations for more than six years, clocking revenue of 10CR.
We are currently in offline neighborhood grocery supermarket space. We will be becoming omni-channel as we are ready with online app and would add on new disrupting vertical to reach consumers in grocery space. We are already a profitable company, are looking at next level business growth by venturing into different geographies. We are working on raising $5 mil through VC route.
- Compensation:
Rs. 6 lacs/annum + ESOP (2% equity)
