REQUIREMENTS: - An individual looking to lead the front end of the entire company and able to handle the pressure of economic targets along with brand building. - Candidates with Excellent Communication Skills both verbal & Written in the English Language. - Candidates with a background in the luxury lifestyle space. Ideally a background in furniture and/or interiors. - Looking for an individual with front end and sales experience and a strong network with architects and interior designers. - SALES IS A PRIMARY REQUISITE WITH CLOSURE FOR TARGETS TO BE MET DILIGENTLY (6-10 cr. Target) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work directly under the Managing Director. - Excellent communication and decision-making skills - Needs to meet architect, interior designers, clients etc. and close orders. - Needs to be able to manage and build a strong front-end team. - Adaptability and the ability to handle multiple projects. - communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships. - Collaborate with architects, builders, project managers, suppliers, and owners to negotiate contracts and finalize deadlines. - B 2 B AND B 2 C both clientele categories to be handled AGE LIMIT : Upto 45 years CTC : 25 to 40 LPA
