- Responsible for developing sales in the defined region by building relationship with OEM customer, Contractors, Installers and EPC.
- Identify new markets for our rating transformers both Oil and Dry type.
- Meet the sale targets & built as Sales Channel and consultants in different location to promote/sale our product and services.
- Planning, executing and supporting all international trade events in the defined area.
- To make sales plan as per target, MIS Activities, make presentation to customers.
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Contribute to the development of a focused sales approach by adequate reporting of market up dates.
- Report the requested data in regards to sales development, quotes provided, win/loss reports, regulatory changes, activities of competitors and related subjects.
- Reports to Vice President - Sales & Marketing.
- Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with the partners and end-user customer management as appropriate.
- Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities within specific partner accounts.
