Role : Head BPO Business Development

Reports to : Managing Director BPO Operations

Role is head the Business development function on the International and Indian Platform very effectively.

the leader will be in a front ending role managing new client / lead generations, handling client presentations, Pitching till successful final new deal acquisition.

a smart aspiring leader with proven track records in winning new logos, new line of BPO business, expanding business portfolio and revenue management as well

Candidate expectation: Prefer Leaders from TIER 1 / 2 BPOs / KPOs with an end to end Business development role.

Should have good networking skills, ahead of market information,. prudent decision making exhibiting high level client presentation skills.
