ROLE:

- Seeking a senior sales leader for - hunting- of new logos in Middle East with focus on KSA.

- Provide sales strategy and leadership to the sales team focused on KSA and chosen countries in the rest of the ME region

- The role will carry a top-line revenue accountability

- The role will involve the selling of QA/QE services, Digital, Data Tech, T24, CRM development and DevOps services for BFSI clients

The main KRAs would be :

- Bring market insight and engage with practice leadership to identify services that would meet the revenue milestones

- Conversion accountability for opportunities created. The practice would closely work with the Sales team and support in the conversion

- Will also need to direct the team towards building the right partnership and relationships in the eco-system

- Tier One consulting firms for market insight

- Program Management consulting firms

- Relevant product companies in digital / dev-ops / banking

- Relevant implementation partners of select products

- Select products in the Corp / TTS domain

- Named products in Digital / Data

- Sales experience in KSA BFSI Market

- Familiarity with the Banking Application Stack (Core Banking, Surround systems, Interfaces) for private banking, retail banking, corporate banking, Security, Treasury and Fund management) in Middle East
