Role - Head - Business Development

Location - Delhi NCR

Purpose of Role :

Spearheads the Sales department strategy development initiatives, ensuring that they remain consistent with the business overall strategy. Develops plans and strategies for achieving company's annual growth target.

Responsibility & Accountability :

- Ensuring growth through profitable business

- New and Lateral Business Increase

- Effectively Maintain and strengthen Relationships with Clients

- Ensuring adherence of all the SLA's specified in the contract

- Achievement of Allotted sales Targets for the Business with the PAN India Team.

- Accumulating prospective calls and cultivating into business.

- Ensure implementation & deployments are as per the contracts

- Manage business development, shrink, gross margin and other operational and financial goals

- Liaised with Clients & Site Teams to resolve customer issues

- Ensuring correct and timely invoicing

- Implemented processes & management methods to generate higher GOP and optimization of workflow

- Renewal of the contracts / retention

- Standardization of processes

- Implementation & Review of Performance measures

- Ensuring generation and monitoring of MIS

Preferred Candidate :

- PG / MBA with 15 to 20 Yrs of experience into Corporate Sales/Key Account Management/B2B Sales in B2B Industry

- Knowledge & Accuracy in Profit Centre Head Role

- Knowledge of New Industry Trends

- Excellence in Communication

- Self Motivated & Motivates

- Delegation & Supervision

- Accountability & Authority

- Energetic & Stress Management

- Ability to Appraise & Develop

- Proactive
