Job Description:
- Experience in Telecom in the Customer Value Management / Usage & Retention / Customer Analytics domain
- Scan the market place for relevant opportunities for the product lines
- Product marketing (Lead generation, road shows, conference presentations, product evangelization, sales training, sales collateral, funnel management)
- Sales support/Pre-Sales activities (Solution architecture, RFP response, Hardware dimensioning, pricing, presentations)
- Be the domain expert for customers and prospects to engage and seek advise
- Working in concert with the Product Management, Product Development within Business Unit and working closely with the Delivery management and sales teams
- Feeding new product ideas, product modification suggestions into the Product Management teams
- Building close relationships with customers and regional sales teams
- Achieving a Top line Year on Year growth target while aligning with gross margin and other business acquisition guidelines. Will carry targets linked compensation: order booking, revenue targets, new leads
- Build strategic partnerships with organisations for a deeper penetration across geographies - South East Asia, SAARC, Middle East, Africa, Europe and Americas
- Have a competitor mapping in various regions and evolve a strategy for selling relevant products and applications
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated success in driving and achieving number targets
- Competencies and background related to Campaign management, Loyalty Management Solutions in Telecom/Banking/Insurance domain
- Over 10 years of experience of which at least 3-4 years, in a company following the - Software products- model
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of software product development in the VAS industry. Experience in the telecom industry will be a plus
- Experience with international customers and markets is essential
- Knowledge in any of the product line domain areas addressed by the PU would be preferred
