Areas of Responsibility Indicative Activities

- Brand Building & Marketing Define Marketing pitch for each vertical, in consultation with the Practice Head and Chief Advisor

- Update the company's profile on relevant socials platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook etc and manage the company profiles on social platforms by initiating some engagement activities from time to time - For e.g. - sharing of articles, responding to client's / referral partner's posts

- Developing annual marketing and communication plans, creating a calendar of webinars /seminars/ posts for generating visibility and enquiries

- Participate in the various awards that would benefit the brand credibility of the organization.

- Create various presentation decks - Corporate presentations, vertical wise capability decks, templates for proposal making etc for consistent messaging to prospective clients

- Business Development Build a robust channel of referral partners for each vertical and develop strong relationships with them. Meet them periodically for updating them on neccesary inputs for passing relevant referrals

- Build and manage robust pipleline of prospective clients and estabish relationship with key stakeholders (through social media / referral partners)

- Re-connect with the previous clients to revive the relationship and generate business

- Understand client requirement and prepare proposals, in consultation with Practice Head / Vertical Head

- Negotiate and close the proposal with clearly defined terms.

- Managing New Verticals Identify new business opportunities in alignment with MG Consulting's Vision and Objectives

- Build organisational capabilities to generate business in new verticals (new referral partners, BD plan)

- Build organisational capabilities to meet the commitments from the new verticals (building teams & establishing processes)

- Manage new verticals during the early stages and take the verticals on auto-pilot mode within 2-3 years of existence

- Measurement, Analysis and Continuous Improvement Defining targets for each marketing campaign and evaluate performance against the same.

- Analysing the performance of each campaign, calculating the ROI and taking suitable actions to improve the same

- Assess, analysing and improving the performance of BD Executive

- Prepare fortnightly BD and Marketing Tracker for analysis and action planning
