Head - Business Developement - South - Retail

- Planning and executing of the expansion plan for increasing the presence across South India.

- Conduct Survey and market analysis of new potential cities and markets for expansion of footprints.

- Implement and monitor effective contracts and agreements for retail acquisition.

- Ensuring Compliance standards as per the company norms for Operations.

Store Launch

- Work closely with the agents/property brokers to identify the right location for opening Store.

- Relationship building with prospective business partners

- Property scouting in assigned area, city and region (travelling must)

- Market analysis considering the city potential & brand scope

- Generating & activating property agents/brokers?

- Ensuring end-to end negotiations & documentation

- Create a customized store-wise roll out plan post selection of location.

- Collaborate with Finance & Admin for timely payments post documentation

- Collaborate with Legal team for timely execution of agreement

- Launch of the Stores as per the plan, guidelines and timelines.

People Management

- Lead the communication of progress on date with all the stakeholders

- Communicate effectively with other functions for smooth execution of plan

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders teams to deliver the results as per plan smoothly

- Communicate effectively with team and keep them motivated.

- Launch of Stores as per plan
