Hiring for Head Business Correspondent with a small bank finance

Purpose :

- Will be responsible for developing the Business Correspondent Channel to enable financial inclusion of un-banked and under-banked clients in a fair and transparent manner.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a distribution structure to offer banking services through BC Service Points for every 800-1000 households in the service area of the bank branch.

- Build capabilities to train and educate BCs to source Assets & Liabilities and cross sell of other products in the assigned territory through a team of Area BC Managers and Branch BC Managers.

- Provide strategic inputs to develop innovative products, processes and technological interventions.

- Ensure smooth operations of the BCs with excellent risk management controls to mitigate possible frauds and risks.

- Work closely with regulators and other industry bodies like UIDAI and NPCI to facilitate doorstep banking for the un-banked and under-banked clients.

- Evaluate alternate/additional revenue streams to scale up growth plans and manage the P&L for the channel.

- Enable delivery of world class customer experience through a combination of efficient operations, technology, on-ground support and range of financial products and services that meet client requirements.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Capacity Building of Agent Channel and determination of Agent Selection criteria from time to time.

- Tracking Agent Productivity, adopt measures to reduce dormancy so as to maintain a quality Agent portfolio.
