Head - Business Continuity Management - Real Estate

Functional Title : Head of Business Continuity Management

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the function within the organization and is responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities :

Operational responsibilities :

- Drive the real estate strategy

- Oversee real estate services and operations in a seamless and efficient manner

- Work with vendor partners for optimal sourcing of services

- Lead large real estate projects

- Define the - return to work- strategy & implement on the ground

- Define the business continuity strategy

- Work with divisions to implement a strong resilience program

- Coordinate work transitions and ensure regulatory compliance and controls on outsourced processes

- Oversee disaster recovery sites and strategies

- Ensure regular testing and evolution of crisis management plans

Leadership responsibilities :

- Define divisional priorities & provide leadership

- Drive improvements and strategic changes

- Collaborative and persuasive approach to delivery

- Provide thought leadership to continuously enhance readiness and capabilities

- Strong relationship management with key stakeholders globally

- Communicate effectively and assertively

- Effectively engage with regulators and other external constituents

Requirement : Candidate with 15 + years experience in BFSI/ ITES Industry
