The incumbent will be responsible for heading banking alliances at a PAN India level. Core Responsibilities : 1. Establish strategic tie ups with the banks, bid for licences, for the enablement of the PAN India network, to provide banking services through CSPs. 2. Key Account Management for Banks for New Business Opportunities / Enhancements. 3. Ensure a higher level of engagements with the banks for the 'Sell with', 'Sell to' and 'Sell through' Strategies 4. Pricing arrangements, Accounts receivables/ Payables management with the banks, across the country. 5. Keep abreast of the competitors landscape, and clients- needs. 6. Issue resolution in relation to service related issues. 7. Professionals with experience in connecting with Key Stakeholders of banks, establishing relationships and converting the same into alliances. Qualification &amp; Experience 1. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or higher. 2. Years of experience: 15 - 26 years. 3. Proven results in building alliances with banks, market expansion and market penetration. 4. Ability to leverage on existing relationships to drive sales. 5. Business acumen. Behavioural Competencies : 1. Building partnerships and relationships with national and state public sector banks, private banks across the country. 2. Ability to manage senior level relationships and get the work done. 3. Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders. 4. Excellent judgement and independent decision-making ability. 5. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal. 6. Team building and team management skills.
