Head - Branding Communication - Auto/Internet/Online - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (8-14 yrs)

JOB PURPOSE : 

Continually enhancing brand image; increasing brand awareness, and providing support through advertisements, media, point-of sale, partnerships, and relationship marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

I. Plan both long term/short term marketing & advertising strategy with the internal product and brand teams.

II. Plan and prepare advertising campaigns & marketing communication with creative & digital agencies, production team and in-house teams across all the divisions and verticals.

III. Creating a brand plan and brand strategy.

IV. Responsible for Strategizing; Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube. Managing SMO, SMM & SEO activities with the digital agency.

V. Brief, plan and execute Digital campaigns effectively.

VI. Content writing/briefing with the social media agency, internal in-house team & creative agency.

VII. Analyzing and execution of ATL, BTL and Digital activities.

VIII. Daily Coordination & Planning with the in-house creative team, digital agency and media agency.

IX. Gather and organize information from the respective product category departments to plan and execute ATL & Digital activities, advertising campaigns with creative team and digital agency.

X. Plan and execute BTL activities, POS/POP, exhibitions, activations and events.

XI. Plan and coordinate all marketing activities to promote brands and product

XII. Tracking program budgets, expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives.

XIII. Conferring with department heads to discuss topics such as selection of advertising media, or product to be advertises.

XIV. Responsible for writing copy for print & magazine ads, content for advertorials, articles.

XV. Corporate Communication: Responsible for writing; interviews, company articles, advertorials to be published in different newspapers and magazines across categories. Discuss with the editorial departments of respective publications

XVI. Plan and prepare the internal communication as per the calendar. Writing for internal newsletters, emailers, posters, articles etc.

XVII. Coordinate with different publications, media agencies to disseminate the advertising

XVIII. Implementation of marketing and branding activities

XIX. Plan and develop quarterly & an annual marketing

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

I. MBA from premier B school

II. Should have good communication & interpersonal skills

III. Proficient in MS Office and other animation software.
