Head - Brand & Partnerships - Internet/Online (8-15 yrs)

- He/She would be responsible to execute ATL and BTL campaigns

- Our client is looking for an exceptional marketeer to head brand & partnership efforts. The individual will be in charge of spearheading the core brand positioning and offering along with strategic partnerships and consumer activation's.

- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing consumer centric brands while planning and executing ATL and BTL campaigns

- He/She will be responsible for re- ning organization's brand codes, being a voice of the consumer and understanding and tracking category positioning. Working with the editorial team, the individual will plan and run the annual marketing calendar. Weighing creative strategies and executional options, the individual will be responsible for designing core communication strategy.

- He/She will be a native digital marketeer and will monitor our performance on all social platforms. Highly analytical, he/she will use data to inform the effectiveness of a campaign and across marketing channels. The individual will also oversee organization's strategic brand partnerships.

- Owning the consumer offering incumbent will have experience in deploying organization's media and communication strategy be it via content and creator/in- uencer marketing, industry narratives or strategic partnerships.

- This role reports into the CMO and will work closely with the Editorial and BD teams to run a successful marketing org. Prior experience in managing a digital - rst brand is preferred

- Lead overall content marketing strategy for the business including marketing approach, target audience, positioning, and - awless execution of the campaigns from conception to execution

- Develop clutter-breaking, relevant and delightful marketing campaigns for organization's content and offerings working closely with editorial, programming and BD teams

- Blue sky thinking when it comes to brand partnerships and collaborations

- Flawlessly execute campaigns and follow through on the campaign outcome

- Helm major launches, working PR narratives and industry partnerships

- String together various marketing efforts across channels and platforms into one uni- ed vision that is authentic and seamless

- Effectively direct and manage the development of multiple campaigns in parallel across languages and genres

- 8-15 years of work experience in brand marketing, managing consumer centric brands

- Direct experience in the consumer discipline across digital and mainline media

- Experience in large brand collaborations, sponsorship's or events

- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and creative ideas with demanding timelines in a fast-paced content company's environment

- Strong sense of design and creative execution skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the role involves working effectively with multiple internal teams and agency partners

- Experience in content marketing

- Passion for lifestyle content

- Experience in building and activating communities across social platforms

- Hands on experience in consumer research & insights

- Prior experience working on a consumer application and/or OTTs

- A background in experiential marketing and consumer activation
