Head of Brand Marketplace | 8+ Years


An opportunity to work closely with the founding team of a growing ecommerce start-up, that carries a vision to exponentially spread their operations PAN India.


Client Description :

Our client is a well-known niche marketplace having some well-known celebrities as their brand ambassadors. Having created a strong impact on the youth of the nation, they are now looking for a Brand head to lead from front.

Job Description :

- Structural planning and execution for ATL, PR (Public Relations), Activation and Digital campaigns for the brand owned.

- Strong understanding of consumer, category, preferred channel and competition

- Lead consumer research, social, creative, media, brand, event marketing and category marketing teams

- Develop innovative Go to Market Strategies and handle large market spends

- Work with various Stakeholder to deliver the set results

SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT :

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with 3+ years of experience in handling a consumer brand. Strong preference for Tier 1 MBA.

- Carrying a successful history of executing strategized brand planning

- Excellent track record in leading successful brand campaigns for consumer brands

- Exposure to handling large teams - ideally 15-20 members.
