Role & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Brand Marketing function.
- Responsible for creating & executing the monthly & quarterly marketing plan.
- Designing, planning and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining and implementing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter- strategies
- Building & growing brand in tier 2 cities & beyond
Key Qualifications:
- MBA / Engineering from Tier 1 B School / IIM / IIT
- 7+ Years of experience with at least 5 years of marketing experience in top consumer brands
- Must have spent a minimum of 1 year as a AVP/VP Brand Marketing / Director/ Associate Director Brand Marketing or any equivalent position in a consumer tech start up
- Strong history of having brought in innovations and out-of-the-box thinking in previous roles.
