Job Description
- You will be the One go-to person for "everything" Revenue & Growth. Responsible for building the team, processes & programs that enable growth.
- Owns the overall revenue of the organization. Manage P&L, Discounts & Marketing budgets efficiently.
- Completely own User Acquisition, Conversion & Retention - Drive tech enabled growth for the company.
- Drive Digital & Offline marketing strategy. Completely own the performance marketing and assist in brand building.
- Work with the agency to drive SEO (website) mandates for growing the organic traffic.
- Influence online product changes on websites and apps that drive discovery, user engagement & revenue.
- Lead corporate partnerships and programs to build brand awareness and cost effective user acquisition.
- Continuously work with category, product & engineering teams to identify non-linear growth opportunities.
- Drive new campaigns / products / processes to build retail store awareness.
- Drive the Planning of Annual, Quarterly and Monthly revenue bottom-up against the top-down targets provided by senior management
- Build and groom a talented team of analysts and assistant managers who can support the growth of the business, while continuously automating the existing processes.
- Manage mid and low funnel at a daily, weekly and monthly level, identifying gaps & opportunities to drive the short-term revenue.
- Role reports to Chief Business Officer
Skills:
- Highly analytical and comfortable with solving complex problems. Should be strong on First principle thinking.
- Should be able to operate with strong rigour and detail orientation.
- Strong understanding of growth and marketing principles. Experience in Conversion funnels and performance marketing in previous roles is a must. Experience in driving revenue of the organization is a plus.
- Ability to build a case, prioritize and execute while rallying teams across to drive the org level goals.
