Responsibilities :
As a Head Brand Marketing, build/create and grow the brand and its sub brands / products with well researched insights, data points and lead the brand marketing team to execute the strategy and plans
Brand & Product Marketing initiatives :
- Plan, own and develop detailed strategy for the brands & products within a category
- Plan, own and develop the 360 degree content strategy for the brands & products within a category
- Jointly own end to end technical marketing content with the product team
- Plan annual calendar & marketing mix for the brands & products within a category
- Maintain and manage relationship with a list of agencies and vendors responsible for influencers, content creators and marketing collaterals
New Product Development :
- Analyze data & insights to determine industry and consumer trends
- Research, study competition, supplier network, distribution network to provide inputs for GTM strategy
- Study and recommend the positioning of a product to garner targeted market share and maximize visibility
- Develop and create end to end technical product marketing content
- Make forecasts for product demand to ensure smooth inventory management
- Assist in budget development and revenue for category
Product & Brand Life Cycle Management :
- Pilot new products & brands, test and tweak to ensure successful launch
- Assist in devising long-term development strategies for brands & products by having the right product extensions
Product Mix Management :
- Minimize the effect of product cannibalization by ensuring sharp & precise STP management
- Manage flanker products to ensure traffic support to the right products
- Plan & engage audience with 'Freemium' range of products to create a strong interest in the category
Team will consist of Brand executive, Social media executive (organic), Graphic team members (3+1).
