Job Description :
- Refine and maintain the brand ethos
- Enable meaningful and productive connections between magicpin and its wider community, i.e. users, innovative retail brands, influencers and service providers
- Build / mentor a marketing team centrally and across cities
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all user and merchant touch points
- Work with teams across the company including product, sales, city ops, social-media / content and customer/merchant support, HR to build frameworks that enable them to be on-brand all the time
- Work with city teams to enable their ATL and BTL campaigns
- Continuously find new efficient online and offline channels that allow propagation of the brand through data led decisions
- Be a part of the leadership team
