Head - Brand Management - eCommerce (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Analyse and define customer segments, design personalised digital customer journey for acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Ensures that the brands equity is nurtured & nourished in keeping with strategic objectives.
- Assists in developing and executes the marketing & branding strategy to improve market share and reach.
- Defines the brand & its proposition & activation, its advertising concept, pricing, packaging, and promotion.
- Ensures effective media evaluation & planning attain maximum ROI by co-ordinating with key media providers for the Brand.
- Planning, strategising and ensuring the implementation of the strategies to achieve the brand objectives.
- Strong brand communication skills, client interfacing and have presentation skills.
- Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for brand awareness
- Create marketing plan for in-house content projects- blog, social media and digital and print magazine.
- Launch alliances with relevant brands with similar customer profile.
Job Specifications :
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- PG/ MBA from a reputed institute.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, decision making and technical ability
- People management skills with ability to interact at all levels.
- Good computer knowledge & MS office skills.
