Job Summary :

- Head - Brand & Social Media Management will lead the Strategizing, designing, and developing the digital marketing and creative communication across all channels and products for India's fastest growing discount Stock Broking products. The Head of Brand Strategy leads the strategic development of the Brand. Working in partnership with key stakeholders, further, you will ensure that these are evaluated against brand objectives and audience data and provide strategic insight and guidance about on-going brand development.

Job Role:

- Brand custodian and owner of the brand marketing budget. Drive strategic brand initiatives positively impacting key parameters like Imagery, Awareness and Consideration. Work towards creating unique value propositions for both brand and key products and implement.

- Lead, Evaluating and developing brand strategy, marketing campaigns that align with the business objectives. Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts. Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth Operations of marketing campaigns. Scale up digital footprints. Ensure promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share digitally.

- Create and curate the Brand Marketing and Digital strategy

- Plan and oversee execution of Brand, Digital and Social campaigns.

- Develop performance based Brand marketing and Digital programs with

- quantifiable objectives and measurable business results

- Drive Brand, Creative and Media strategy on traditional, digital and social platforms to amplify brand awareness and optimize customer acquisition.

- Organize campaign planning and branded events, including short and long term content strategies across channels;

- Lead social media strategy, content pillars, and our overall social playbook; oversee social media execution and content creation.

- Lead, mentor, and build 5paisa's Marketing and Brand Strategy team;

- Strategized communication for digital campaigns for leads generation through performance marketing

- Managed online reputation management (ORM) through social media escalations


- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing strategist position in corporate in Fintech/BFSI Space.

- Self-motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly.

- Excellent verbal and written English

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
