Head - Brand Management - B2C (6-10 yrs)

Our client is fast growing start-up and is looking for a Head/ Director - Brand Marketing.

Job Description:

1. Develop and manage Brand strategy and Brand elements to maximize Brand equity

2. Elevate Brand awareness, recall, positioning in the target segment

3. Creation and placement of advertising to support business initiatives through media planning, creatives, research

4. Develop and execute multi- channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention

5. Drive campaigns and projects across customer touch points to drive customer acquisition; establish metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

6. Brand ownership, define guidelines and best practices across products and platforms

Ideal candidate:

1. Proven track record of establishing and scaling up the Brand from scratch

2. Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG/ FMCD/ internet/digital company, Fintechs/start-ups managing digital first brands

3. Passionate about Branding as a whole, has looked at all aspects of Brand management and Brand Marketing

4. Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior, coupled with excellent leadership skills & stakeholder management

4. MBA from Tier-1 institutes preferred
