- Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies to enhance the brand's positioning and equity in the luxury watch market. Collaborate closely with external agencies to ensure alignment with brand values and goals.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go to market strategies.
- Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and manage category performance.
- Oversee and manage relationships with external creative, PR, and advertising agencies. This includes defining clear objectives, KPIs, and expectations, as well as monitoring agency performance to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Drive the creation of compelling brand content across platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
- Lead marketing campaigns, product launches, and events with impactful advertising materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making. Utilize market research and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of brand communication efforts and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
