For successful execution of the job, a candidate needs to possess the following : - 8- 10 years of experience in leadership role in Customer service/operations (or driving service quality), running projects and leading teams - Experience in managing large team and driving change at organizational level - Exceptional People management skills and should thrive in high expectation scenario with many stakeholders - Efficient and confident communicator who inspires the team and engages senior management on relevant topics in a time efficient manner - Experience in working with data analysts to identify, forecast, and report on tests, performance. - Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately. - Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. - Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with special requests. - Excellent working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel - Open to travel (minimum 10-15 days travel a quarter)
