Head - Branch Asset Desk - The Head- Branch Asset Desk spearheads the assets business across geographies through the Asset Desk channel which contributes to 60% of the Retail Asset & Small Business Banking business of the bank. The Asset desk channel consists of Asset Desk Managers (ADM) who are responsible for selling asset products and services to customers and handling customer queries, working out of more than 800 branches across India Key Responsibilities : - Plan and execute the business growth strategy through the team of asset desk managers for profitable growth of Retail Assets and Small Business Banking products - Ensure 100% branch-wise YTD achievement for both secured and the un-secured products - Drive the achievement of targets through lead generation from walk-in, mapped book & pre-approved leads and ensure efficient Login and Disbursement from the ADM branches - Ensure monthly target achievement with a healthy product mix by the ADM mapped branches - Ensure achievement of monthly targets of the Regional/Circle/Cluster level retail asset disbursement and leads by maximizing the utilization of all resources - Review and ensure compliance of all processes according to bank's policies including timely action on internal and statutory audit observation - Review and monitor performance of the ADMs, Cluster Heads- Branch Asset Desk & Regional Heads-Branch Asset Desk for ensuring achievement of all productivity, quality and compliance standards - Coach, mentor and train the resources to ensure retention and drive productivity - Ensure manpower needs are fulfilled to implement business expansions - Plan and execute innovative ideas to improve the engagement of all resources in the Asset Desk Branches - Liaison with project team, infrastructure and support service providers for efficient service delivery Optimal qualification for success on the job is : - Graduate/ Post graduate from a recognized institute - 15-20 years in a relevant role/ BFSI sector
