Head - BPO Operations - Healthcare

- The purpose of the role is to lead the entire operations and delivery processes for the Business Process Services.

- This role will be instrumental in building relationships across the organization with focus on meeting customer/operational/employee goals.

- This role requires to be able to work be able to embrace change - working in a dynamic environment, adjusting to unfamiliar situations, demands and changing roles, seeing change as an opportunity and being receptive to new ideas.

Responsibilities:

- Delivery management - SLA adherence, reporting, governance

- Stakeholder management - West side and across the organization with respect to BPS

- Operations - Hiring, bench management, infrastructure, logistics

- People Management - Employee engagement, performance management, people issues, training requirements

- P&L Management

- Cost optimization and Avoidance

- Continuous Innovation

- The role has high visibility and with high impact on business.

- The roles requires very high monitoring and control of deliverables, ensuring effective governance and consistent engagement with stakeholders

Desired Profile:

- Any graduation

- 15+ years of experience in leading operations for team size 500.

Must have had exposure to working in start up type set up where processes are not entirely defined and exposure to Health care industry
