Head - Banking & Treasury - Auto Components Manufacturing - CA (8-12 yrs)
There is an urgent requirement with one of leading auto Components company as Banking and treasury Head location based out in Bhiwadi
Qualification- CA
Location - Bhiwadi
Key Areas:
1 Timely Renewal of Working Capital Limits from the Banks to avoid any interest/penalty.
2 Assessment of requirement of Working Capital, CMA preparation and arrangement of the required limits from Bank
3 Submission of monthly/quarterly reports to Banks.
4 To keep the tracks of limits utilisation and release the daily reports.
5 To make monthly Cash flow of the company for operation, Financing and Investments activities
6 To release weekly cash flow reports for plan and actual
7 To coordinate with bank for raise WCDL/short term/long term loan at the best rate of interest
8 To monitor the utilisation of export credit and control the timely closoure of of bills as per RBI/FEMA norms.
9 Conversion of surplus fund in FDRs/MF to economise the interest cost.
10 To negotiate and target the reduction of rate of interest on INR/FCRN loans
11 To coordinate with the banks for completion of securities .
12 To monitor compliances under RBI/FEMA related to Bank
13 To cordiante and submit required information to Credit agency for Finacial Rating.
14 To prepare the monthly MIS of Banks & Tres. (including tracking of FIRC,BRC, Bank Reco, non fund based liab. Etc
