Role- Head of Banking Operations and Saving. UK Based Bank

Experience- 15+ years

- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FROM UK BASED BANK IN SAVING AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT-

Responsibilities-

- Provide Senior Leadership and strategic support to all operations functions.

- Ensuring effective delivery of services with high quality.

- Supporting strategic delivery of the Bank and long-term growth plans.

- Working closely with functional owners and key stakeholders in the UK and supporting with delivery of services.

- Responsible for the Bank's Savings and Investment teams.

- overseeing back-office processing from account opening to account closing including deposit, account amends, withdrawals and product maturities.

- Ensure that all processes and procedures across the function are dealt with promptly, efficiently and in accordance with agreed service standards and expectations.

- Conduct root cause analysis, adopting an approach to continually and on-going improvement.

- Conduct end-to-end reviews of process activity to ensure process improvements, compliance. and business policies.

- Staff performance management and development of direct reports with overall responsibility of c50FTE, ensuring teams are managing accounts within agreed policy, procedures, mandates and service levels.
