The Role:
- To achieve a competitive differentiation in the lending business, the company plans to invest in an industry-leading operations platform.
- The incumbent will report to the CEO of the company and would be the Business Unit Head for Financial Operations in a Fintech Company. He/She would focus on managing and improving the operations infrastructure of the organization. The incumbent would be involved designing processes and be translating the current infrastructure into a robust and effective platform as well as strengthen internal workflow and reporting of the business metrics. He/She would also work with external partners and ensure proper checks and controls of the data and processes from Finance and Compliance standpoint and should have
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic & agile environment.

- Ability to manage teams across separate offices
Expectations :
- Review and monitor Credit Outstanding, identify measures for recovering uncollected receivables regularly with the help of other functions and external partners.
- Ensures comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various products and services.
- Daily Bank Reconciliation and passing on to relevant entries
- Should have sound experience of NACH registration and presentation
- Ensure smooth operations of the firm and address all issues on the go.
- Ensures error-free processing of transactions as per agreed service standards & approved procedures.
- Continually be and keep the team updated with the latest changes in the industry's standards.
- Implement internal control systems in the department and participate in the departmental audits.
- Understand & should be aware of processes & procedures to be followed in case of contingency situations
Competencies :
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university/premium business school. CA qualified candidates will be preferred.
- 7+ Years of experience in banking operations in reputed banks or NBFC.
- Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, KYC guidelines and Deliverables management and must be proficient in KYC Practices and compliance policies.
- Proficient in MS Excel and possess good communication skills
- Should be able to identify sources of errors or aspects impacting the quality of work/service delivery and determines a course of action to prevent their recurrence.
- Shown success as an individual contributor as well as team leader.
- Have consistently demonstrated ability and commitment to deliver on major projects.
- Should have the knack for bench-marking and optimization
