Head - Banking Operations - Broking House (12-18 yrs)
Job Description :
- In charge of Banking Operation at Head Office and all the branches across country. Banking Operation includes the following areas: Pay-in And Pay-out of Exchange Pay-in and Pay-out of Clients.
- Reconciliation and managing Control Account Banking set up for collection and payments of client funds. Banking limits, Fund based and non fund based.
- Process development in day to day operation to bring more efficiency.
- Lead the back-end team responsible for executing and settling transactions while ensuring adherence to risk or regulatory guidelines.
- Monitoring daily fund & securities management across business segments, entities, banks and depository accounts to ensure a free flow transactions.
- Increase the processing bandwidth, develop and implement robust STP of Banking processes to reduce TAT and enhance Customer experience and drive digital transformation through process re-engineering
- Handling all requirements and queries related to all regulatory audits, inspections and internal closures of bank & account books.
