Head Day to day Banking Ops_ India_Delhi/NCR
As a Head of everyday banking Services Pan India, the role entails the below mentioned points:
1) Developing and building relationships with key stakeholders across geographies to align to common strategies, deliverables and industry wide practices.
2) Develop and sustain a robust client engagement model and provide informative & customized MIS.
3) Operationalization of strategy.
4) Pro-actively identify new opportunities and work with stakeholders for off-shoring as well as leveraging the existing capabilities.
5)Talent management responsibilities
6) Ensure Business Resilience Policy and Risk profile is maintained for operations.
For the the role mentioned above, individual's needs to have the following skills:
1) This is a lateral hiring : So only looking at head's/director's/VP's_Pan India.
2) min of 18+ yrs of Banking Ops and Services experience in a Banking Captive or Shared Service Centre.
3) Proven experience in driving change across business/strategy design/planning to achieve business goals
4) Should have been managing a large team with a strong stakeholder management experience.
5) Graduate/Post Graduate in Management, Commerce
6) Must be willing to work in Delhi/ NCR and Open to travel.
