Job Description - Main responsibility would be to tie up with banks. The candidate would be reporting directly to the CEO.

- Responsible for alliances and partnerships with existing and new banks.

- Responsible for new business development, identifying new revenue channels and identifying key growth opportunities for the organization.

- End to End management of the existing banking clients across sales, customer service and marketing.

- Responsible for bringing advancements in existing services by incorporating best practices, competition tracking and innovation to company products.

- Responsible for ensuring timely execution of all activities within the prescribed quality benchmarks by working closely with the Technology, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service Teams.

- Responsible for design and execution of sales strategies including Client Profiling and Customizing Product Mix to improve sales performance.

Requirement

- Should have excellent relationship with Banks.

- Should be a super performer with experience of B2B Sales

- Should have a deep understanding of how brands think, communicate and execute their marketing strategies -

- Entrepreneurial, high energy, street smart, keen to deliver results, a huge passion to earn high variable revenues and make an impact, target oriented with great communication, personality and networking skills

- MBA from Top B School

- Target oriented with great communication, personality and communication skills.
