Job Overview :
The primary responsibility is to scout and forge partnerships with all commercial Banks and integrate tech enabled insurance aggregation platform.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Responsible to build the Banca vertical from scratch. Should be well connected with all large and small commercial banks of India.
- Responsible to build the overall business strategy of the vertical keeping the broad company objective in mind and execute it thoroughly
- Identify the technological and operational gaps in the bancassurance channel with regard to Insurance & Protection.
- Work closely with the Product team to customize the Insurance aggregation platform specifically for the bancassurance vertical. Build what sells.
- Work closely with the Insurance team to create bespoke insurance products targeted towards the Commercial Banks.
- Aim at setting objectives in order to develop and improve the business potential of the vertical
Qualifications & Requirements :
- MBA from Tier 1 College is preferred.
- At least 20 years of experience in major Insurance companies holding very senior position in Bancassurance channel.
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong Business Development & consultative selling skills.
- Hustling capabilities and should be able to handle ambiguities.
- Ability to resolve problems, adapt, and grow quickly.
