Role- Vice President- Banca

Location- Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to lead the insurance business through channel partners to achieve expected insurance business numbers

- Responsible to drive initiatives with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets

- Responsible to review monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly business numbers with team & design and execute path correction plans, if required.

- Responsible to proactively lead strategic planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and deliverables.

- Responsible for setting the right processes along with operations, customer servicing, customer retention etc. for betterment and ease of business.

- Responsible to establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel of channel partner.

Role Requirement:

- 12-18 years of experience in insurance/ banca sales

- Understanding or exposure to Individual Insurance products or Group Business is desirable.

- Experience of handling rural market sales regions will be an advantage
