Head - Retail Business
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for driving revenue and profitability metrics for
Exclusive and
Multi-brand Retail verticals.
2) Ownership of footprint planning for the
exclusive store network ,programs to improve store productivity, shopper experience and share gain programs in the
Multi-brand space.
3)
Develop and implement sales strategies ; Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales forecasts Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans.
4) Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
5) Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members & Partners are abreast.
6) Focus on partner marketing activities & other promotional activities Manage sales activities (Sell-Thru, Sell-out) of partners to generate revenue.
7) Develop training programs for sales team to improve up-sell skills and Retail orientation.
Desired Candidate Profile: 1) Should have 18 to 25 yrs of experience.
2) Experience in
B2C Retail sales for following products (
Laptop, Desktop, IT Accessories).
3) Experience in managing
Modern Trade channels.
4) Should have expertise in devising sales & marketing strategies and improving profitability of the company.
