Head - B2B Sales - Pharma (12-20 yrs)
We have urgent requirement for B2B Sales Head/Business Head in Reputed Pharma Manufacturing Organization
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets successfully as given by the management.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Share insights from client interactions with product teams to enhance product capabilities.
- Manage entire customer deal life cycle from prospecting to deal closure stage.
- Identify potential buyers and convert them into actual sale. Expand our networks through different sales channels.
- Proactively contact key stakeholders in the client organization to pitch our product offerings.
- Negotiate with the client on project value, key deliverables, contractual and payment term
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Strong business sense and sales expertise.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
