- Develops annual budget targets (consolidated profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement) with forecast investments, personnel and productivity targets
- Develops high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Manages the financial, commercial, legal and operational performance of the business under his/her remit.
- Proven track record of leadership with 15+ yrs experience and Min 5-8 years in managing a P&L role in a B2B environment, driving high performing teams to the right outcomes.
- Ability to operate in complex situations with high level of management and leadership skills to facilitate visionary strategic planning and translate strategic direction into programs, services and people performance.
- Extensive commercial awareness and business acumen including deep knowledge of the market and industry in India.
- Adept and comfortable in a matrixed style of management.
