Role description - Handle ~600 Cr+ of top-line - Reporting into overall sales head of all businesses - Handle team of ~90 salesmen: TSM, ASM, KAMs and lighting design Key Activities - Form & achieve sales targets, Expand customer base, Build lasting relationships & Build self-motivated team - Form & achieve sales target: Own strategies to achieve overall targets - Expand customer base: Widen customer engagement, utilize existing resources to generate leads & ensure customer needs are met - Build lasting relationships: Strengthen existing customer base, interact regularly to gain advantage from market trends - Build self-motivated team: Build a sales team that is self-motivated and hence works towards the overall goals of the organization - Cross-functional collaboration - Coordinate with Supply chain & Product dev. team to ensure mapping of the supply with the market requirement - Coordinate with finance & product teams - Interact with marketing team to enable right communication KRAs & KPIs - Sales value generated - New opportunities mapped/ developed - Employee satisfaction - Customer Retention & Growth: - Retention rate / Churn Rate / Repeat purchase - Increasing business from current customers Qualifications & Requirements - Education: University Graduate/Engineer + MBA - 12+ years of experience in B2B sales and 5+ years in lighting business (preferably B2B) - Handled large teams in the past - Handled mix of small customers, large key-accounts - Should be able to work with technical (lighting) team (e.g. on-ground design team) - Direct customer interaction experience - Confident in dealing with high-level clientele & decision makers - Effective communication skills, strong business sense and analytical skills
