Role & Responsibilities:
- The "Hunter" role in business development.
- Bringing and closing leads, understand customer requirements and be empathetic to it and carve out custom solutions.
- Candidate having strong Growth Mindset who is passionate to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Good listener, passionate, energetic individual full with zeal for success.
Other responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets by growing business from new / existing clients.
- Prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.
- Build strong personal relationships with clients.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.
