Head - B2B Sales - Chemicals/Pharma/FMCG/FMCD (15-25 yrs)

The incumbent must have handled larger business size, Minimum 600 Crores

He/She will be responsible :

1. To proactively locate, develop new business in line with the revenue and sales through appropriate mediums.

2. Collecting, monitoring the data and analyze market information in order to determine performance and best practices by competitors, share the relevant information with different departments so as to serve and set new benchmarks in the industry.

3. Developing and executing various sales strategies, promotional programs and strategic business plans.

4. Designing and implementing customized solutions and services for B2B customers.

5. Effectively collaborating with cross-functional partner, B2B marketplaces to manage all aspects of business-like business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, company store on marketplace, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.

6. Pro-actively putting forward suggested actions by cross-functional teams in order to achieve the department's targets.

7. Responsible for Achieving the Revenue targets profitably along with collections.

8. Establishing and maintaining relationships with corporates-B2B clients, industry influencers and key strategic partners.

9. Ensuring right team is in place through recruitment, on boarding & mentoring. Regular Governance with top notch customers for repeat business/increasing the wallet.

10. Analyzing &frequently reviewing the strategies backed by the statistical data.

11. Enabling learning and development of new team members.
